From launching awareness campaigns to offering eLearning courses and hostingthe first-ever MenoSports Camp, we’re here to support women’s health, both physically and mentally!
Our project is focused on the economically challenged Western Suburbs of the Municipality of
Athens, supporting women with limited access to resources to navigate this life stage confidently
and healthily.

Symposium to facilitate discussions on menopause, exercise, and health.

course on Health-Enhancing Physical Activity (HEPA) for menopausal women.

About the Project
Menopause Likes Sports! is a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower women experiencing menopause by addressing the physical, emotional, and social challenges associated with this natural phase of life. Through a variety of activities, campaigns, and resources, we aim to:
